Xoal’s Broadcast feature lets you send one-time messages, such as newsletters, product announcements, and updates, to targeted groups of customers. You can tailor broadcasts to specific segments, subscription topics, or even all users. Additionally, you can personalize messages based on the customer’s timezone and preferred language for maximum relevance and engagement.
Access the Broadcast Tool
Click on Broadcast in the main menu.
Select New Broadcast to start creating your message.
Configure the Broadcast The broadcast setup consists of three key sections: Content, Settings, and Logs.
This is where you create the actual message.
You can design emails with rich text, images, and dynamic placeholders to personalize content.
Ensure the message is engaging and tailored to your audience’s needs.
The Settings Section is divided into two parts:
Audience Configuration:
Choose the recipients of your broadcast:
Segments: Target specific user groups.
Subscription Topics: Send messages to users subscribed to specific topics.
All Users: Send a general broadcast to your entire audience.
Scheduling:
Configure the timing of your broadcast.
Options include:
Setting the exact timezone to ensure messages are sent at the most effective local time.
Choosing the day and time of the week for optimal engagement.
The Logs Section provides real-time updates on the broadcast’s progress.
You can monitor key events, such as:
When messages are sent.
Delivery status updates.
Engagement metrics as they come in.
Personalization: Use placeholders for customer names, languages, and other details.
Timing: Schedule broadcasts based on customer timezones to maximize open rates.
Segmentation: Target messages to relevant groups to enhance engagement.
