Xoal’s Broadcast feature lets you send one-time messages, such as newsletters, product announcements, and updates, to targeted groups of customers. You can tailor broadcasts to specific segments, subscription topics, or even all users. Additionally, you can personalize messages based on the customer’s timezone and preferred language for maximum relevance and engagement.

Sending a Broadcast

1. Access the Broadcast Tool

   • Click on Broadcast in the main menu.

   • Select New Broadcast to start creating your message.

The Settings Section is divided into two parts:

• Audience Configuration:

  • Choose the recipients of your broadcast:

    • Segments: Target specific user groups.

    • Subscription Topics: Send messages to users subscribed to specific topics.

    • All Users: Send a general broadcast to your entire audience.

3. Logs Section
